Biography
Mr. Craig Harm is currently an independent consultant and owner of Kochab Calibrations, LLC, and is a retired United States Air Force Colonel with over 35 years in Electronic Warfare, operations, testing and planning. Craig flew EF-111s where he flew in both operational and test organizations.
He is a former EC-130H Compass Call Squadron Commander, where he led his squadron in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and a former Vice-Commander of the National Air and Space Intelligence Center. His work in Electronic Warfare includes Operations, Test and Evaluations, Requirements and Acquisition and Threat M&S.
As the Deputy Chief of Staff, and the IO/Cyber Policy Deputy Division Chief he led USSTRATCOMS’ entrance into IO and EW. He authored USSTRATCOM's Multi-Domain Engagement strategic concept for contested environments, directed cyberspace projects, and led various EW modeling and simulation projects supporting Live Virtual Constructive environments.
An OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM veteran, his flying experience includes combat, operational and flight test tours in the EF-111 and EC-130H Compass Call.
He is a former director for the Association of Old Crows and holds degrees from The Naval War College, Air University, Boston University and Iowa State University
